As Quest Diagnostics continues to evolve into a key player for people staying healthy, they need to do more to solidify their place in the healthcare journey by creating understanding and recognition. Their aim is to deliver an intuitive and educational brand experience without requiring major construction or adding significant costs.
My role for this client was to survey several key locations on the East Coast, auditing existing facilities, existing signage, and noting the overall "feel" of the patient experience at each.
Our creative and environmental teams then created a new kit-of-parts that included interior and exterior graphics, fixtures and seating, lighting, brand communications and amenities.
